COACHING

To date Justine’s coaching work has been primarily in the area of one-on-one personal development coaching. She is energised by working with individuals of all ages who are wanting to take responsibility for their personal development and consider different possibilities for a more productive and fulfilling life. She embraces the integral model of coaching and way of being in the world which takes a holistic approach. It is a very powerful model that coaches the person not the problem.

In addition to empowering all her clients to achieve their unique coaching goals, Justine has a special interest in coaching individuals through challenging life transitions. Whether navigating key life stages (adulthood, menopause, retirement) or processing a major change in circumstances (relocating, adjusting to a new environment, or starting a new career) she seeks to support her clients as they seek a new way forward.

She also uses coaching in her communications work coaching individuals and small teams to bring about self-awareness, build strong relationships and enable clarity of purpose at every level of an organization.
